*本篇文章拒絕任何轉載，引用，或是衍生報導* 嗨，各位前輩，目前我正在尋找一起工作的夥伴主要是配合技術部門在備標階段產出施工BIM模型。取得案子後將配合建置on-site 的 BIM團隊。職級為初階工程師( Junior Engineer) 工程師基本需求: 1.英文閱讀跟書寫， 2.了解BIM 規範 PAS1192-2.1192-3 3.至少兩年的軟體操作經驗: Revit, Naviswork，AutoCAD2D/3D，Civil 3D。 4.Revit跟 NW 為必須，Civil 3D可由公司出資在職進修。我能提供的offer 1.約30K HKD (117K TWD) 至 35K HKD (137K TWD)，12.3~13個月年薪。注意: 本職缺為 local-hire 編制，無(de)moblization 或是 family status. 2.10天~14天的年假 3.標準醫療保險 (香港就醫費用自付額約20 HKD) 4.在職短期課程進修，依工作相關性，公司補貼50%~70% 5.當然，work permit 為公司處理。詳細說明如下，有興趣的人，請寄信給我 hychanghk@gmail.com 1.信件內容請準備 cover letter及CV 2.準備5 slides Introduction Briefing PPT。原諒我工作繁忙，如不符合需求，我將不另外回信，我將覽閱需求，並將我有興趣的候選人轉交HR安排面試，請有心理準備，會有2次以上的視訊面試，最後安排 face to face (公司包機票食宿)。試用期為三個月，職缺開啟時間為8工作天(dead line on 10 May) 換句話說，如果10 May 之前沒有收到任何回信，感謝你，並且抱歉不是我的合適人選希望可以找到不錯的夥伴。 PS. 工程師的基本要求就是規範跟土木背景知識，這一點無從討論，沒有相關概念及土木(infrastructure)的知識，可能完全不在考慮範圍。 Responsibilities: ‧ Responsible for developing BIM model in candidate’s construction discipline (Civil/Building/E&M) ‧ Accountable for Building Information Models (BIM) Models as well as Design and Coordination ‧ Assist Technical team to develop/prepare tender/project submission ‧ Work closely with different parties including BIM Consultants and Technical team in the smooth executive and delivery of projects with BIM models ‧ Maintain and Integrate information provided sub-contractors Requirements: ‧ Diploma or above in Architectural, Civil and Structural or other relevant disciplines such as Electrical, Building Services, Mechanical, etc. ‧ Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience ‧ Hands-on experience in BIM software/applications (i.e. Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Sketch-up and Civil 3D) is a must ‧ Able to generate construction CSD and ISD drawings from Revit BIM Model ‧ Strong interpersonal and communication skills ‧ Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese ‧ Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage Candidates with less experience and qualification will be considered as BIM Modeller. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.161.111.186 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Civil/M.1556472914.A.12D.html
