calculate the numbers of molecules on the detecting surface if the surface
area is 1 mm2 for (a) BSA (molecular weight of 100kD), and (b) DNA with 100
base pair. (2) If you want to enhance the detection limit by 2 order of
magnitude, what will you probably do? (hint: you may consider to enhance the
S/N ratio by either increasing sample numbers or signal amount, or lower down
background noise)
