[問題] 如何配製buffer?
what volume of glacial acetic acid(17.6N) and
what weight of sodium acetate‧3H2O (formula weight 136) would be required
to be make 100 ml of 0.2 M buffer,pH 4.06 ?
How would you prepare 100 ml of 0.04 M buffer,pH 4.06,
given 100 ml of 0.2 M buffer at pH 4.06 ?
(CH3COOH pKa = 4.76)
