[材料]a-鐵 BCC晶體結構,計算格隙空孔之半徑
a(alpha)鐵 在室溫(20度)其原子半徑0.124nm
晶體結構為BCC結構
那請問a鐵單晶胞內最大格隙(interstitial hole)空孔的半徑為多少?
註:
設a = lattice constant
R = a鐵原子半徑 = 0.124nm
r = 最大格隙空孔半徑
BCC : (3)^1/2*a = 4R
我的推論
不論怎麼算,都只有兩種可能
2R+2r = a
2R+2r = (a)^1/2
請問各位大大
還有其他算法嗎?
因為我的答案與課本的最大格隙空孔半徑0.036nm不符
