Chelsea Football Club today announces that Petr Cech, Technical and
Performance Advisor, will leave his role effective 30 June.
切爾西俱樂部今天宣佈，技術和表現顧問彼得˙切赫將於6月30日離開他的崗位。

Since his appointment three years ago, Cech has provided advice and
guidance on all football and performance matters throughout the Club,
while strengthening the links between our men's and Academy teams.
自從三年前被任命以來，切赫在整個俱樂部關於足球和表現的事項上提供了建議和指
導，同時加強了我們的男隊和青訓學院之間的聯繫。
Cech said: 'It has been a huge privilege to perform this role at Chelsea
for the past three years. With the Club under new ownership, I feel now is
the right time for me to step aside. I am pleased that the Club is now in
an excellent position with the new owners, and I am confident of its
future success both on and off the pitch.'
切赫說：“在過去的三年裡，能夠在切爾西履行這一職責，我感到非常榮幸。隨著俱

Todd Boehly, chairman and co-controlling owner, said: 'Petr is an
important member of the Chelsea family. We understand his decision to step
away and thank him for his contributions as an advisor and his commitment
to the club and to our community. We wish him the best.'

Todd Boehly had asked Petr Cech to stay and help him through this transfer
window, but Cech informed him in a meeting that he felt the time was right

Petr Cech (& Marina Granovskaia) also wanted to keep Romelu Lukaku for
another year at Chelsea. There was that early difference of opinion with
Todd Boehly. He wants the coach to be at the heart of transfers, like
Liverpool, to try to avoid these mistakes

Boehly. Big changes continue behind the scenes to both personnel and the
recruitment model itself. Michael Edwards and Paul Mitchell two names
being looked at for sporting director.

There is now a chance for Chelsea to introduce a more data-led recruitment
approach. They would like to convince Michael Edwards, who is leaving
Liverpool, to become their new sporting director. They have also
considered Paul Mitchell, who is at Monaco, and Maxwell, who Tuchel knows
from his time at PSG.
