The first stop is St Louis, and 23 players are on the plane. Frank Lampard will lead the group in the absence of injured John Terry, while Ryan Bertrand also misses out. Two youngsters from the Academy, defender Andreas Christensen, an unused substitute against Everton yesterday, and Ruben Loftus-Cheek, a midfielder, join the travelling party. The first game against City is at Busch Stadium, St Louis, this Thursday, May 23, while tickets are still available for the New York game at Yankee Stadium on Saturday, May 25. Both games will also be live and free to view on Chelsea TV in the UK and Ireland.
