Most everyone around the NBA fully expects Zydrunas Ilgauskas to wait the mandatory 30-day period and then re-sign with Cleveland. Maybe everyone except for Denver coach George Karl, who told reporters Sunday that he's not giving up hope of signing Big Z, who was traded by Cleveland to Washington at the deadline and then bought out by the Wizards to set up his free agency. Teams such as Denver, Atlanta, Dallas and others have inquired by acquiring the services of the 7-foot-3 Ilgauskas.
