[福音] 常年期第十週 週五
福音：瑪五27-32
那時，耶穌對門徒說：
「你們一向聽說過：『不可姦淫！』
我卻對你們說：凡注視婦女，有意貪戀她的，他已在心裏姦淫了她。
若是你的右眼使你跌倒，剜出它來，從你身上扔掉，
因為喪失你一個肢體，比你全身投入地獄裏，為你更好；
若你的右手使你跌倒，砍下它來，從你身上扔掉，
因為喪失你一個肢體，比你全身投入地獄裏，為你更好。
又說過『誰若休妻，就該給她休書。』
我卻對你們說：除了姘居外，凡休自己的妻子的，便是叫她受姦污；
並且誰若娶被休的婦人，就是犯姦淫。」
反省
情慾是來自肉身的一種動能，引發人向善或向惡的一種內在驅力。
耶穌清楚的指示人的情慾應當由靈魂來掌管，甚至不惜到捨棄肉身的地步。
靈魂有理智與意志，他提供人性一個回歸天主的方向與決心，
而情慾則是給予動力的油門。
本來是缺一不可的，但為了靈魂的得救，有時放棄肉身的掌控權是必須的。
只有節制的處理情慾的收發的靈魂，才能將自己奉獻給天主。
否則他將會是肉身的奴隸。

Gospel MT 5:27-32
Jesus said to his disciples:
“You have heard that it was said, You shall not commit adultery.
But I say to you,
everyone who looks at a woman with lust
has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
If your right eye causes you to sin,
tear it out and throw it away.
It is better for you to lose one of your members
than to have your whole body thrown into Gehenna.
And if your right hand causes you to sin,
cut it off and throw it away.
It is better for you to lose one of your members
than to have your whole body go into Gehenna.
“It was also said,
Whoever divorces his wife must give her a bill of divorce.
But I say to you,
whoever divorces his wife (unless the marriage is unlawful)
causes her to commit adultery,
and whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery.”
