[福音] 復活期第六週 週五
福音：若十六20-23
那時，耶穌對門徒說：
「我實實在在告訴你們：
你們要痛哭，哀號，世界卻要歡樂；
你們將要憂愁，但你們的憂愁卻要變為喜樂。
婦女生產的時候，感到憂苦，因為她的時辰來到了；
既生了孩子，因了喜樂再不記憶那苦楚了，
因為一個人已生在世上了。
如今，你們固然感到憂愁，但我要再見到你們，
那時，你們心裡要喜樂，並且你們的喜樂誰也不能從你們奪去。
到那一天，你們什麼也不必問我了。
我實實在在告訴你們：
你們因我的名無論向父求什麼，他必賜給你們。」
反省
基督徒中有誰不感到與世界之間的對抗和張力呢？
這種對抗和張力，常常使基督徒受苦，
難道基督徒的命運只有痛哭和憂愁嗎？
不是的！反而是真實的喜樂，
要付出和受過痛苦的喜樂，就像婦女生子一樣。
當我們願意與基督一同接受現實的痛苦，便藉此與祂相通，
我們所發揮的愛就像是耶穌的愛一樣，
所祈求的也不再是自私的意向，因而蒙受天父應允。
即使面對困難也像耶穌一樣，不會僅僅注視於失望沮喪，
卻能在愛內重獲信心、希望和喜樂。

Gospel JN 16:20-23
Jesus said to his disciples:
“Amen, amen, I say to you, you will weep and mourn,
while the world rejoices;
you will grieve, but your grief will become joy.
When a woman is in labor, she is in anguish because her hour has arrived;
but when she has given birth to a child,
she no longer remembers the pain because of her joy
that a child has been born into the world.
So you also are now in anguish.
But I will see you again, and your hearts will rejoice,
and no one will take your joy away from you.
On that day you will not question me about anything.
Amen, amen, I say to you,
whatever you ask the Father in my name he will give you.”
