面試贏家》英文面試 難答問題靠技巧

面試中難免會碰到難答的問題，這是否要怪罪於主考官的無知，不得而知，但應答這類問
題確實需要一些技巧。
Q：Are you married
你已婚嗎？
遇到這種問題，可以反問主考官：Would you please explain to me how this issue
is relevant to the position
可否請你說明這個問題和工作有什麼樣的關聯？
對期望薪資、逾時加班的看法，也是難答的問題。
Q：What would you expect your salary to be
你希望拿到多少薪水？
可以反問對方公司的薪資標準，表示願意按照公司的標準，或是說明希望能夠獲得較高標
準的理由。
A：I am not sure what kind of salary range you have been thinking about for
this position.
我不是很清楚貴公司這個職位的薪資標準如何。
A：I am aware that the typical range for this kind of position is from x to
y, and I would like to be at the higher end of the range.
我知道這個職位的平均薪資大概在x到y之間。我希望能夠獲得這個範圍內較高的薪資。
Q：What do you think of unpaid overtime working in Taiwan
說說你對於台灣義務加班的看法。
A：I know that most workers work extra hours without pay. Some of them think
that it is their responsibility to get the work done, while others work extra
hours because of company policy. As for me, I sometimes work overtime without
pay in order to meet the dead-line.
我知道在台灣大部分的員工都沒拿加班費，有些人可能認為把工作做完是他們的責任，有
些人則可能是因為公司的政策。我自己有時也會為了能如期完成工作而加班。﹙系列之八
