[職場] 分兩次發薪的疑慮
昨天去一家台北電子工業面試(員工1000-1200人)
薪水被砍成24-26K
對方人資表示他們分兩次發薪
勞健保部分是報薪水的六七成
第一次發薪是六七成
第二次發薪是三四成
問題來了
他們在每季發薪水前會要求你簽"預支薪水單"才會領到第二次薪水
所以每季簽的"預支薪水單"金額大約是每月領第二次薪水X3
請問板上有公司也是採這種制度嗎?
從我面試到現在我第一次聽到這樣的制度
昨天當下我還來不及反應六七成是多少
後來回去想一想
假設是24k的六七成是14400-16800
阿這樣要怎麼報? 勞健保最低不是應該到18780嗎?
莫非要幫我報工讀的11000......
我為了這問題想了整晚睡不著
同時也想著怎麼砍價的都要我去二次面試
不砍價的就沒下文了.....
