Colby球季休息期間在練習把球往反方向打,目標是能夠打更多的滾地球和平飛
球到另外一個方向,就像Jon Jay或車神一樣把球打往反方向成為三成打擊率的
打者。他明年可能不會打出十幾支全壘打,但可以變得更為穩定。
Colby現在體重180磅,每天跑五英里,期望在春訓前體重能降到175磅。上個球
季他體重在205-210磅之間,所以明年他會看起來是個不一樣的選手。
昨天Raz爸去看了練習,Colby打擊時每次碰到球的瞬間就會開始跑出打擊區,就
像鈴木一朗一樣。Colby告訴老爸他想每一球都用因賽奧的方式打出去,希望八
成的球往左半邊跑。Colby開玩笑說明年是來學習經驗的,希望不會向車神或是
Brendan Ryan一樣慘痛。
