: 吃低於基代完全不OK 好嗎?
: BMR基礎代謝=你躺一天身體消耗的能量
: =身體維持最基本運作需要的能量
: TDEE每日總消耗代謝=基礎代謝+日常活動(包含工作、移動、運動.....)
: 一兩天吃低於基礎代謝確實不會怎樣
: 但長期吃低於基代完全沒有好處
我有疑問
胖子的基礎代謝遠高於正常人的TDEE
吃低於基礎代謝來減肥等體重減到正常值
差不多等於正常體重的TDEE
以史丹利來看,34歲身高186/體重160
BMR = 2599
吃2400來減肥等減到80公斤
34歲身高186/體重80,BMR=1799
因為幾乎不運動 TDEE = BMR*1.2=2158
還要再吃少一點才能維持這個體重
所以其實胖子用吃低於基礎代謝來減肥根本沒有問題吧
有專家能解釋一下嗎?
