[心得]The letter
Dear all,
It's been a great time to be on the field with you all,
to chase the honor, to be the best, to stand out among nation.
I've been here almost six years and experienced different period,
from champions to first round team, it feels depressed. We have good
potential young freshmen, prospect sophomore, solid junior and senior,
however, we just can't win the title. It's saying that practice makes
perfect, we actually don't practice, how can we reach the goal.
Practice may not your responsibility in college, but in here, our team.
Once you step in, I hope you can dedicate to improve your skills as well as
the right attitude.
To the two senior teamates, I'm sorry that I can't take you to reach the
cup to have the best memory in the end, I never imaged we will be teamates
for whole college time. Thanks for remaining your time here and passing
the tough training by me.
To the rest teamates, keep practicing and being more and more stronger in the
future, I hope we can back to the tire one team soon, it's not just the duty
of captian whoever is, it's all about self-motivated and self-disciplined.
Chance to get the title never comes again, make sure doing the best to chase.
