7-11的店員你好=)
事先聲明我絕對沒有客訴店員!!因為店員非常辛苦要處理很多客人,感謝你們=D
剛剛問了客服,
客服說消費系統在滿額時會提示建議送點數的數量,再由你們Key上贈出點數.
客服說法是對的還是錯的?
我覺得送一點就寫一點,送二點就寫二點,幹麻搞得這麼麻煩="=,
若是系統沒有的話,我要去客訴系統,造成店員和客人的不愉快...

最初,他們要大家共體時艱,我不說話,因為我相信老闆經營困難;
接著,他們說要實施責任制,我不說話,因為我認為把事情做完是應該的;
再來,他們說要放無薪假,我不說話,因為我知道現在景氣差,有工作就好;
後來,公司有人過勞死,我不說話,因為我還活著;
最後,他們逼我自己離職,已經沒有人能為我說話了。
