便當米有"改良" 驚!放10天白帥帥

外食族都會買微波店當,但卻有個疑問,不管放多久,米飯總是又白又Q彈,
三立新聞記者實際做實驗,超商便當就算已經過期10天,微波之後米粒有光
澤而且黏稠,但從便當店賣的米飯,變的又黃又硬,毒物專家吳家誠表示,
便當裡添加了一種品質改良劑,也就是俗稱的"去水醋酸鈉",屬於強鹼也是
一種防腐劑,吃多容易腹瀉嚴重可能罹患大腸癌。
