Tony: Will 24's Carlos Bernard be returning in season eight?
Try as we might, we couldn't get a straight answer out of Carlos Bernard at
the Paley Center's sixth annual celebrity golf classic this morning. Says
Bernard, "I can't comment on that; that would be giving way too much away."
Does that mean there's a chance he could be back? Hit the comments with your
pleas to see Tony Almeida on 24 next season. Until then, you can check out
the new online series Carlos is working on called 101 Ways to Die. Carlos
says they're trying to turn it into a live-action series that "is very
similar to 24's dark action genre, the power drama."
第八季裡，飾演Tony Almeida的Carlos Bernard還會再出現嗎? 劇說，目前是沒有這樣
的安排，所以在已經定角的名單當中也沒有看到他的名字，但是大家還是可以再密切注
然後也順便推銷了一下，該演員正在拍新影集叫101 Ways to Die(意思是在24死一次還
不夠就對了? XD)

Westfeldt and Chris Diamantopoulos have joined the cast of 24 for the series’
eighth season. The Emmy Award-winning drama starring Kiefer Sutherland
returns for its next astonishing day with a two-night, four-hour premiere
beginning Sunday, Jan. 17 (9:00-11:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

Season Eight will unfold in New York City amidst the shadows of the Statue of
Liberty and the United Nations. In this new day, CTU has been upgraded and is
run by MBA-schooled and razor-sharp head honcho BRIAN HASTINGS (Williamson, “
Forrest Gump”). COLE ORTIZ (Prinze Jr.), an ex-Marine who wants to follow in
JACK BAUER’s (Sutherland) footsteps, runs the division’s Field Operations.
Expert data analyst DANA WALSH (Sackhoff, “Battlestar Galactica”)
collaborates with systems analyst ARLO GLASS (Boyd, “The Notorious Bettie
Page”) inside CTU. ROB WEISS (Diamantopoulos, “The Starter Wife”) serves
as PRESIDENT ALLISON TAYLOR’s (Cherry Jones) new chief of staff, and
MEREDITH REED (Westfeldt, “Grey’s Anatomy”) is an ambitious journalist
with ties to the unfolding situation.

一個前陸戰隊的想要跟隨JACK的腳步(Prinze Jr. as Cole Ortiz)然後當外勤小組的頭
資料分析員(Sackhoff as Dana Walsh)跟另一位系統分析師(Boyd as Arlo Glass)一起
負責內勤，總統沒有換人，而幕僚長換成Rob Weiss，還加上一個野心勃勃的記者

As previously announced, Sutherland, Jones, Mary Lynn Rajskub and Annie
Wersching also return. In addition, Bollywood icon Anil Kapoor (“Slumdog
Millionaire”) makes his American TV debut as OMAR HASSAN, a Middle Eastern
leader who comes to the U.S. on a peacemaking mission.
