[閒聊] "暖身操"
嗯 看阿佑現在都不能像以前一樣揮灑汗水
所以 各位樂手們 努力練琴 練鼓 很好
但是也是要適度適量 給肌肉適度的休息
才不會造成一些機械性的肌肉拉傷
最重要的 練習前也是可以做做暖身運動
