P4 Z-plasty 目標最後一行的 60度是最長的→最適當
和目標第三點The most longer lengthening of Z-plasty are
axis of the incision line at 60o to the axis of the wound
這是老師原文，看大家要不要刪掉。
方法第二行 讓長度變最長→讓長度變長
所以我認為老師應該是講錯了，不管是理論上Central/lateral limb
angle: 30 45 60 75 90，Theoretical gain in length: 25%
50% 75% 100 % 120% 或者實驗上(下面的論文)，90度都是比較長的
，但是不好做，而且要找比較鬆的地方才可以，也容易裂開。
