IL-3和GM-CSF都促進骨髓系成熟分化，但IL-3作用的level較早
可影響pluripotent stem cell分化成myeloidprogenitor cell
及骨髓系後續的生長
※multipluripotent stem cell=lymphoid progenitor cell+myeloid progenitor cell
故選C較好
