*AGN免疫複合體沈積(IC)的位置：
早期可以是subendothelial或subepithelial，
後來白血球會吃掉subendothelial的沉積，
剩下明顯的subepithelial沈積，
稱為Subepithelial hump.
所以老師將AGN擺在"subendothelial"是OK的,
只是大Robbins第七版第971頁圖20-11較強調的是,
"Subepithelial hump"是屬於subepithelial.
希望以上能讓大家更清楚一些.

10歲小男孩二週前曾患上呼吸道感染，
近日尿液呈深褐色。
臨床檢驗顯示C3下降，
同時出現antistreptococcal抗體。
