Mucoepidermoid carcinoma沒有提到神經侵犯(講義和找了MD CONSULT)
應該可以確定選項不對。
另外Squamous cell carcinoma最常見的地方老師上課講是下頷腺，但找了MD CONSULT
Shemen and others[116] reported on 50 patients with SCC arising in the parotid
gland (42 of 50) and submandibular gland (8 of 50).

看起來腮腺(考古題打成下頷腺)發生率似乎較高，又好發70歲男性，有顏面神經麻痺等等
因此答案應該還是不變。
