[公告][FTP] 部分使用者無法正常上傳檔案的問題
據回報，部分使用者遭遇到無法正常上傳檔案至 FTP 的問題。
調查後發現，部分支援 unicode 的 FTP 軟體，如新版的 FileZilla，
在 unicode 模式下無法正常上傳檔案。
關閉 unicode 支援即可解決這個問題。
