[嘴砲] 體能訓練
今天去牙醫盃籃球插花一下,
打半節,已經快跳不起來了,打一節,整個人攤在椅子上快十分鐘==
有感而發,嘴炮一下,
體能跟身體素質對於我們這些玩球的人來說,可能不是最重要的,
但卻是你技術精進的強力後盾,
有好的體力,跑動才會迅速,擊球時間及姿式能確實掌握,出去的球威力倍增,
相持球相對比對手穩定,等對手沒力就好了,
肌力肌耐力佳,殺球像賞人家巴掌一樣,連續攻擊也能保持一定強度,
重要的是在實力相當僵持不下的比賽中,利用對方體能的劣勢予以痛擊!
當然我只是嘴炮,都靠手長腳長不用動的==,
不過說真的,
把體能練好,也許哪天你跟阿給打到十比十,這就是你電他的關鍵了…
