[情報] GPU 工作站上線：meow1 和 meow2

[WSLAB] 2 new GPU workstations opened to CSIE undergrads
Dear all,
We are excited to announce the availability of 2 new workstations equipped
with 4 RTX 2080 Ti and 4 GTX 1080 Ti in total, plus high-end Intel Xeon CPU
and full-SSD storage.
Our team has built an incredible monitoring framework that ensures fairness
without compromising performance and utilization. After months of development
and testing, the platform is finally released as beta to undergraduate CSIE
students:
* meow1.csie.ntu.edu.tw (RTX 2080 Ti * 4)
* meow2.csie.ntu.edu.tw (GTX 1080 Ti * 4)
Guidelines
==========
* Log in by ssh in the same way as normal workstations.
* Be a polite citizen. This is public asset, not your pet. We hate monopoly
and moron.
* Your GPU usage is strictly metered. Read the policy shown upon login and run
the "gpu-policy" command for further details.
* The release and the policy is still beta. Please kindly report any
suggestion or issues you encounter to ta217.

依照公告內文所說，目前只有在校的大學部學生（student 群組）可以使用這兩臺裝有
NVIDIA GPU 的工作站。要注意的是，由於 meow1.csie.org 和 meow2.csie.org 似乎都
已經被預先註冊走指向別的地方，因此這兩臺工作站不能使用 csie.org 短網址來存取。
我也不知道為什麼當初會用 student 這名稱來稱呼大學部的群組，只知道好多年前曾經
有人想把這群組改名，好像改叫 undergrad 吧。但是因為要對應修改的東西還不少，又
可能影響到很多人，沒有經過討論及公告就直接修改感覺不太好，因此那時候被我退掉
了。不知道以後還會不會有人再提改名，讓這群組名稱看起來更正常呢？
