喔喔喔喔喔喔喔喔~~ 之防雷頁 Double Fault 片頭一開始傳來"慘叫聲"，原來是一場女子網球semi-final match。兩名選手為Tara Janssen與Claudia Weber。 Evert: I know how it feels to play against a friend of yours. It's a difficult situation for both of them. ... You know, Lindsay, Weber has never beaten Janssen before. Davenport: Well, this is certainly a huge point for her! Also, do you know her father, who is sitting next to her coach and husband, never missed any of her match after she's 12? 最後一記快速的發球Ace, Weber結束比賽。賽後訪問員: Claudia, is it harder to play with your friend and once double 　　　　　　partner? Claudia: Well, what can I say, she's a great player. ...I want to thank my 　　　　 husband and my dad, for believing in me. And all of you, for cheering me! Thank you! 下一幕，Claudia的屍體在發球機裡被發現，Finn跟DB勘查現場。 Finn: Gush, what a shame. Did you ever see Claudia Weber play? DB: No, I'm more basketball fan, you know. Finn: She's such a good player. Mitchel警員: This is Justin Gimelstob, who found the body first. DB: Mr. Gimelstob, can you tell us what happened? Gimelstob: Well, I was just practicing as usuall. Hitting some balls from the machine. Then suddenly there are balls come out with blood. I then called the police. Finn: We'll need your clothes as evidence. Gimelstob: Sure. Mitchel: I'll escort you to the locker. 回頭看球場。 Finn: Clay had been disturbed. (拍照血跡) Medium force batter. Claudia is definitly killed here. DB: Who says tennis isn't a bloody sport? 羅賓爺爺跟大衛來到球場。 Finn: You ever played tennis? 羅賓爺爺: My double's partner and I had a team on court. 大衛: Mrs. Weber is stabbed on throat. Isn't there a tennis player being stabbed before? 羅賓爺爺: Monica Seles. By an obsessed tennis fan. Finn: Fans can be crazy. We should check that. 囧尼負責詢問Claudia的教練丈夫Ivan。 Ivan: Why am I treated like a suspect? My wife just died! 囧尼: I understand. This is just part of the normal process. Can you tell me when is the last time you see Claudia? Ivan: After the match. ...Then I went home. 囧尼: Did it ever happened to you that your wife's car is still in the parking lot? Ivan: She booked a room in the hotel across the street. My snoring keeps her up. She wants to have a nice sleep for the final. 囧尼: Your wife is up on the court till quite late last night, is it normal? Ivan: She liked to hit balls after a big match. That helps her clear her mind. 囧尼: Mr. Cafferty, can you think anyone who wants to hurt your wife? Ivan: Everyone loves Claudia. I... (轉頭看向另一邊正在做筆錄的爸爸Simon Weber) I don't even know what to say to Simon now. He just lost his wife last year. Claudia is everything he left. 小葛來到現場幫Finn。小葛: Mrs. Weber struggles with her killer. Finn: Got more blood. Grass. Little pieces of grable. 小葛: I got more blood drops toward the trash can. Finn: Killer could try to dispose the weapon. 小葛: Empty. Guess I'll do a dumpster diving. DB在他的辦公室幫他的蘑菇灑水，忽然一名政府官員出現。 DB: If you're from DEA, the mushroom is behind my table. I already went though this a lot of time. Smith: Agent Smith. I have no interests with your mushroom. I belong to USCIS. DB: Immigration? What can I help you? Smith: You know one David Hodges? DB: David? He's an American. Smith: What will you describe him? DB: A little odd. But nice. Hard working. Smith: Does he travel internationally a lot? DB: No. Not in my knowledge. But he took his mother to Italy last year. Why? Does David in trouble? Smith: (出示一張照片) You recognize this woman? DB: No. Smith: David Hodges claimed that she is his fiancee. 無限震驚的DB去找小哈... 小哈: Is it that suspicious? DB: No, but apparently the immigration thinks so. 小哈: We met in the trip to Italy... Sounds too romatic. But I knew then we're destinated to be together. DB: Right, with this Elizabeth... 小哈: (打斷) Elisabetta. DB: Elizabetta. Why didn't you say? Why didn't you tell anyone? 小哈: What can I say? A man in the mystery. DB: Right. Then may I say my congratulations? 小哈: Yes and thank you! DB: I'll let you to deal with the grabble on the clay? 小哈: Technically, it's not clay. Ametican court uses crushed soil. You know that? DB: Right. Right. Morgan在法醫室，羅賓爺爺解釋中。羅賓爺爺: .... it cause the soft tissue hameraged, which means... Morgan: She chocked on her blood. 羅賓爺爺尚無法確認兇器是啥。小葛跟囧尼進入垃圾追查階段... 清潔人員: So this is everything from yesterday to this morning. 囧尼: Okay, thank you Eric. (兩人挖挖挖...) 囧尼: Broken tennis raquet. 小葛: Could be a murder weapon. 囧尼: Tapes on the handle. Could be sweat. 小葛: I'll ask Henry run the DNA. 亨利去找DB報告結果，結果DB看到他問的第一件事卻是... DB: Hey, Herry, you're friend with Hodges, right? 亨利: Depends on the day. DB: Did you know he got engaged? 亨利: I heard from Rick, who heard from Tressa! I can't believe he said nothing! DB: News did go fast, hum? 亨利: Ever since he accused me trying to steal Wendy. We never be that close anymore. DB: Who's Wendy? 亨利: Our old DNA analyst. Since then he didn't really hang out with me. DB: There is something you got for me? 亨利: Right. ... there's a minor donor of the DNA on the handle. It came back to Tara Jassen. The player Weber just beat. DB:　I guess Jassen is a sour looser then. Tara被請來警局，一堆員警跟她合照簽名中，布拔出現。布拔: Hey! Mrs. Jassen, I hate to drag you from your fans. But we need to talk. Tara表示她跟Claudia用的球拍是一樣的，以前搭檔雙打前也常常拿錯，所以Claudia的球拍上當然會有她的DNA。布拔詢問拆夥原因，Tara表示單飛賺更多。布拔問起昨天輸球一事，Tara微笑表示Claudia打很好，布拔出示以前Tara輸球時沒風度表現的影片。總之Tara說她昨天晚上跟人晚餐後就回飯店了，根本沒去球場。 Finn去找Chris Evert談話，她正在練球。 Finn: Mrs. Evert? CSI Finley. Can we talk? It's about Claudia Weber. Evert: (繼續打) Sure, but can it wait? Finn: (走向小女生) May I? (借走球拍) Evert: You play? Finn: A little. I would try my best to keep the ball rolling and talk with you. 於是兩人邊打球邊交談。 Evert: She's got some cold violation. I am trying to help her control her anger. Finn: What is her problem. Evert: Mostly emotional issues. And she's thinking changing her coach. Finn: Isn't that her husband Ivan? Evert: She asked if I can be her coach instead. Finn以一記漂亮的半空截擊作結。 Evert: Woah, where did that come from? Are you keeping it from me? Finn: (邊喘氣邊回答) I learned it from watching you. Thank you. Morgan轉過轉角發現小哈的未婚妻Elisabetta大駕光臨！ Elisabetta: What's the problem, baby. Are you ashamed with me? (進入義大利文狂飆) You understand me? 小哈: Si, si. Morgan走到忙著使用語言翻譯機的亨利旁邊亨利: If I translated correctly, something about green card. 小哈: Te amo. (破爛義大利文進行中) Elisabetta: (義大利文）Cold toes? 亨利: She means cold feet!　 Morgan: Shhh! 小哈跟Elisabetta同時看向亨利跟Morgan Elisabetta: Is it why you don't want to me to come? There's another woman in your life? 亨利: She thinks you are the other woman. Morgan: I don't need translation to understand that. 小哈: （焦頭爛額解釋中) Elisabetta. There is only you. (狗狗眼) Elisabetta: (軟化) It drives me crazy, baby. You know that. (拉過小哈吻上去) 亨利: I've never be jealous to Hodges before. 其他實驗室的人則是"喔喔喔喔喔喔喔~~"然後掏出手機照相這樣。 Elisabetta: Now everybody knows who I am. (微笑離開) Morgan: You have something for me, right? 亨利表示Finn在球場採到的跡證是嚼過的菸草。亨利: Guess whose DNA come back then? Morgan跟囧尼詢問Ivan. Morgan: Chewing tubacco is a dirty habit. 囧尼: So why do you lie to me, Ivan? We know Claudia is shopping for a new coach. You're about to be fired by your wife. Ivan表示Claudia無法接受在場上接受指示然後回家又是不同關係這件事。囧尼: And how long is it? Ivan: About a year. Last month is the worst. She fried herself. Morgan: What do you mean? Ivan: She's having nightmares. She's calling some guy's name: Brent. She's having secret. Morgan: Is it possible your wife has an affair? Ivan: No. Claudia is the most honest, decent person that I ever met. DB跟小葛翻查Claudia的隨身袋，兩人提到藥物的使用。小葛: Wait, you took LSD? DB: No, no, my folks did. 小葛: All right, whatever, Claudia and both your folk should know that it's illegal without prescription. DB: ...And her husband thinks she's keeping a secret 小葛: There's a lot of pressure of games. Maybe that's how Claudia copes with that. DB: Her husband doesn't think this Brent is part of the tennis. Maybe it's part of this role. (小葛掃描藥罐跑指紋) Darcy Shaw. Finne跟DB詢問Darcy Darcy: I'm not a drug dealer. I'm a doctor. I used LSD to help open the mind and connect to the soul. Finn: And what element you're treating Claudia? Darcy: Traumatic experience when she was four. DB: Which is? Darcy: We're still working on it. But it involves someone violently attack Claudia's mother. DB: Right, with your implication. Darcy: I was just there to guide her safely through the process. I recorded it if you want to see that. DB跟Finn於是查閱影帶。 DB: Look at her. She's already under her influence. Claudia: I'm in a tent, by myself. I'm scared. (發抖) Darcy: You're safe. Claudia. You're safe now. Claudia繼續描述，影帶結束。 Finn: And that's the last video record we have. She talks about this guy called Brent tried to save her. DB: She's four! Childrens' memory isn't reliable. Finn: But her description fits with the old brain trauma Dr. Robin described. She's just starting to get back a memory of a terrible attack of her family. And one month later she's dead. DB: The timing is interesting. Finn: I'm thinking whoever tried to killed her when she was a child comes back to finish his job. Finn跟Claudia的爸爸Simon談。 Finn: I'm so sorry for your lost. Your daughther is a really good player. Simon: Yes. She has talent. You have something to ask me about Claudia? Finn: Yes, had your wife ever took Claudia camping before? Simon: No, my wife wasn't really a rafing at a time. Why? Finn: Claudia remembered something about she and her mother was violantly attacked. Simon: That explains a lot. I am not Claudia's biological father. None of us is. We found her near Charleston. I picked her up and to the hospital. But they never find her family. She lost her memories. The only way we figured out her name was Claudia is because it printed on the chest of her coat. And no one reports missing. Well, eventually we adopt her. Finn: Did you ever talk this with Claudia. Simon: No, no. We just want her to feel like she's our. Which is true. She's ours. We thought her loss of memory is a gift. 小葛、DB跟Finn討論案情，DB注意到Claudia當初被發現時的紀錄照片裡有一隻兔子玩偶，跟Claudia放在隨身袋裡的兔子一模一樣。 Finn: It looks like it haden't be cleaned for year. 小葛: I'll get it to Hodges. 小哈解剖兔子玩偶中，Morgan進來詢問進度，之後遲遲沒有離開... 小哈: Was there something else? Morgan: Yeah, Elizabetha. Whoa. 小哈: (微笑) She's a thing, isn't she? Morgan: She's a firecracker. 小哈: She's an Italian. Morgan: I just didn't expect you to be engaged so soon. You didn't know her long, did you? 小哈: Well, you know when you know, right? Morgan: Marriage is something you don't rush to. I just don't want to see you get hurt. (終於忍不住了) What if this woman is just trying to use you to get green card? 小哈: (拉下臉來) Yeah, why would a beautiful and amazing woman fall in love with me? Morgan: That's not what I mean. I thought you're a nice guy, you know that! 小哈: You know how many things I analyzed last year? ... For once, I followed my heart, but not analyzing something. Can't you just be happy for me? Morgan: I don't trust this woman, and you know that deep down in your heart! Or you should shout off the roof now! 小哈: This is exactly why I didn't say anything to anyone. I know this would be everyone's responses. I just didn't expect this from you. I love Elisabetta. As long as immigration gets away, I'm going to marry her. 小葛跟囧尼重回當年發現Claudia的區域附近進行搜查。小葛: I have a hit! It's animal. Maybe coyote. 囧尼: Hey, I got something. That's too big to be an animal. 警方開挖，找出兩具被埋藏的人骨。小葛: One male, one female. 囧尼: Yeah, yeah, I think we just found them. DB在聽羅賓爺爺解釋驗屍報告時小葛出現了。小葛: These are actually both Claudia's biological parents. Meet Karen and Martin. DB: Who the hell is Brent then? Finn有了調查發現。 Finn: Brent is their son. Martin has a record for credit faud. DB: Maybe that's why no body report in Claudia's missing. They probably thought the family just ran away. 小葛: So, Karen and Martin are dead. Claudia is rescued. And Brant, no where to be found. Morgan: We traced Claudia's phone record. She called all the Brant Abbies to ask the same one question: Were they on a camping trip 18 years ago? Finn: Let's say the son killed the dad and mom, but leaves little sister. Everything seems gone. But then suddenly the sister remembered something... 小葛: So he returned to Vegas to shut her mouth. DB: So we have all the records? One of them would be the Brent we're looking for. Morgan: There is only one problem: Claudia called fifty Brant Abbies. How can we tell who's our killer? 囧尼交叉調查之後告知Finn可能的Brent Abbies人選，此人跟球場人員有交叉關係，也有票進入觀看比賽，而顯然Claudia幾周前才跟這人連絡過。 Finn: We found your parents' bodies. After you beat them to death. 囧尼: I know that son of a bitch beat you a lot, right? We have some records from police. And your mother... Brent: She always covered for him. She always said the bruise is from the school fight, and the broken bone is from basketball game. I just can't take it anymore, and then here came the chance... Finn: You dad abuse you and your mother never help you. But why would you try to kill you four-year old sister? Brent: It was an accident. I told her to stay in the tent, but... I was trying to find helps but when I turn back, she's gone. Finn: Is that why you come up here and kill her? Brent: What? I looked her up. I came here to talk to her. Explain my side of the story! I went to the court last night but she wasn't there. I didn't kill my sister! Get my blood or whatsoever! Do what you people do! Finn: What time you left it? Brent: Around one. 囧尼: Can anyone back that? Brent: It's quite desert. Wait, there is another tennis player though. Jassen. Tara Janssen. Finn: What is she doing there? Brent: I don't know. Practice probably. She has a big bucket of balls with her. 布拔跟DB詢問Tara. DB: We originally thought you killed Claudia because you're a sour looser. 布拔: We noticed you said something to Claudia after the match and so we isolated that. 影片裡，兩人握手時Tara在Claudia耳邊說"By the way I slept with your husband." 布拔: I would probably just stop with a hand shake. DB: How long have you involved in? Tara: Almost a year. He and Claudia already has problems. 布拔: And you helped by sleeping with your friend's husband. How nice. Tara: Ivan is going to divorce with Claudia! He went to the court to tell her about us! But instead, he told her he still loves her and he wants them to work things out. And she said yes. She doesn't care at all actually! She just want to leave me down! She took everything from me. She took the match. She took Ivan. I hate her for that. DB: That's why. Tara: I killed her. And I stuck her body in the ball machine. Me and Ivan are good together. But she's just have to got on the way. 布拔: You'll face several years in the jail. That's all you will be serving this time. 小哈找到Morgan 小哈: Hey... I- I just want to thank you for calling to the immigration. Morgan: I figured it won't hurt much. 小哈: It's just- you- you weren't exactly supportive for my relationship with Elisabetta last time we talked. Morgan: You were my friend, and if she makes you happy, it is good enough for me. 兩人微微擁抱，小哈說了謝謝。結案了結案了~~ Finn: So I guess Tara Jassen will go down on history anyway. DB: Yeah, just not in the best way. I heard that Chris said you have some talent? Finn: I used to play. DB: Then? What happened? Finn: Life, like what evey time it happenes. DB: Well, it's a loose. Finn: Yes, it is. 身為網球粉，暨約翰馬克安諾看到Evert跟Davenport超開心的啊~~ Finn好好喔，可以跟Evert打到球!(網前動作還不錯說，雖然喘得有點誇張lol) 昨天CSI再播的時候同時Australia Open的女單semi-final在打，恭喜李娜小姐打進決賽！(另一個老公是教練的例子?
