Dear players,
as many of the Travian Team members are going on a short vacation this
weekend (17th to 20th August) delayed answers from the Travian Team have to
be expected. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by this and apologize
for the missing of temporary help during that time.
Additionally we want to tell you about the procedure concerning inactive
accounts. Once an account becomes inactive it will be deleted by Travian
itself, regardlessly whether it is banned or not.
The time it takes to delete an account depends on the size of the account
along with some other minor factors.
Sending deletion requests to any Travian Team member will not speed this
process up.
