小弟爬了一下文目前知道說SOA考試繳費方式是用信用卡但可以用中信VISA卡繳費不過想請教一下郵政VISA卡是否可以?? 因為輸入之後一直跑出 Credit Card authorization failed due to Declined. Check the credit card number and transaction information to make sure they were entered correctly.
