[問題] proxy設定後連線出現Access Denied(解決)
各位好
小弟因為需要連到系上的系統，所以設定了學校的proxy，
但是設定完後網頁顯示這樣↓
ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

http://203.64.167.174:999/Statistics/first.htm

‧ Access Denied.
Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this

不過之前陣子有連過幾次都還正常，結果現在有問題，
是我有動到什麼設定嗎?
IE firefox 我都用過，問題一樣沒解。
