[ WP ] 如何嵌入vimeo

想請問一下要如何在wp理面插入vimeo擋我參考了 http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-video-plugin/other_notes/ 也下載了vimeo plugin安裝好外掛也啟用了但是在文章編輯時在html貼上嵌入的語法但按預覽後再回html 就發現語法跑掉了原本為 <iframe src="[http://player.vimeo.com/video/3974272]" width="400" height="220" frameborder="0"></iframe><p><a href="h[ttp://vimeo.com/3974272]">cut trailer</a> from <a href="resonance" rel="nofollow">http://vimeo.com/resostudio">resonance studio</a> on <a href="Vimeo.
