[痞客] 橫幅的字如何往上一點

所以我都是邊改邊按預覽才知道自己到底改了哪裡
不過橫幅上面的字，我實在不知道在CSS裡要怎麼改
想請問才能把字往上放一點不要跟圖片的字混在一起？
我希望把這段文字能放到頂端一點
