[問題] 還是沒辦法解決框架問題
三天兩頭提問題，不過都有好心的版友解答。
這裡真是個好地方呀
但最後的問題還是沒辦法解決。

這是我現在的成果，卡在這3天了，我還是沒辦法讓顯示固定
我想做的是，視窗打開，沒辦法調整寬度，只能在固定框架看
但怎麼用都無法。
這是用blog spot裡的範本修改的，很多錯誤，希望能有版友教導如何改正
