[求救] 請教蛋白濃縮問題
目前蛋白保存於含有50% glycerol的buffer中
放置在-20度C保存
蛋白體積大約有8 ml (濃度約0.4 ug/ul)
想請教各位有什麼方法可以在不改變鹽濃度的情況下對蛋白進行濃縮?
有考慮過濃縮管,但不清楚高濃度甘油是否會影響濃縮效果
