[求救] PiT-1△sm和PiT-1 flox/flox的差別?

後來有稍微查了一下 Cre mice和flox mice交配後產生的子帶即為△sm mice(gene KO 在特定tissue) 所以想請問各位flox mice 和 deleted mice差別只在於一個是無專一性KO 一個是專一性KO在特定組織 但兩者的target gene都有被knock out或 knock down嗎? 不好意思再麻煩各位了>.< ※ 編輯: bay1247 (1.172.114.125), 03/02/2015 20:06:46

簡單來講.. 你把Pit-1 flox/flox 看成 Pit-1 +/+

因為它內文有講 Pit-1-/-的小鼠 胚胎就死光了 所以得Cre

再來 以nomenclature來講 要寫作 Pit-1 (斜) 而非 PiT-1
