[求救] PCR-Elisa

剛看了一篇測端粒酶活性的paper~ 作者用的技術是PCR-Elisa~ 上網找了PCR-Elisa的原理覺得用q-PCR會比較省事~ 請問這兩種技術出來的結果有什麽特殊的差異嗎？ PS:作者在其他實驗有用的q-PCR~所以可以排除沒有儀器的問題~ 文獻來源:S.-W.
