[求救] plastic-adherent
各位版上的先進你們好，
小的最近在嘗試間葉幹細胞的分離，
我主要參考的分離條件如下
( 參考Mesenchyme and Tissue Stem Cell Committee of the International Society for
Cellular Therapy於2006年發表的Minimal criteria to define human MSC)
1. MSC must be plastic-adherent when maintained in standard culture conditions.
2.MSC must express CD105, CD73 and CD90, and lack expression of CD45, CD34,
CD14 or CD11b, CD79a or CD19 and HLA-DR surface molecule.
3.MSC must differentiate to osteoblasts, adipocytes and chondroblasts in vitro.
想請教的是第一點plastic-adherent的定義，是說Petri-dish即可貼附還是指經過
電漿處理而沒有coating的dish呢?
如果要經過電漿處理才能貼附的話，又怎麼能說是plastic-adherent呢@@?
我查了不少paper，大多都很攏統的說Tissue culture dish or Cell culture dish，
但這樣是否有違plastic-adherent的特性哩?(沒看到有人分離寫petri dish@@)
我有把在Tissue culture dish上的細胞(先前用tissue culture dish分離而得)
seeding到petri-dish上，發現大部分的細胞都不會貼附，僅少量貼在底下。
但是比較少人在討論plastic-adherent特性的skin fibroblast也是一樣的情況。
所以我很困惑，如果電漿處理就能貼附的細胞叫做有plastic-adherent，那不是大部分
貼壁細胞都有這種特性嘛@@?
