[方法] How to wash cell in 96 wells plate??
各位學長姊好
因為最近剛學生物技術方面的實驗
以前非本科系的
所以
想請教你們
我看到實驗步驟裡面
利用TCA將細胞固定後
用自來水 wash 4次，這我就不懂了，要如何用自來水清洗4次??但又不會直接接觸到well。
它的原文如下:
wash the plates four times with slow-running tap water via plastic tubing
connected directlt to a faucet.
Do not inject the water stream directly onto the bottom of the wells
非常的抱歉 這在邊問那麼基礎的問題
但 因為身邊沒有可以問的人
