[求救] Isotype control有兩個peaks!!??

實驗流程大致如下 細胞利用trypsin打下 PBS wash 4% paraformaldehyde fix 30min 室溫 PBS wash 用100uL resuspend cell之後加入1抗 incubate室溫 1小時 PBS wash 染二抗:FITC conjugated anti mouse Ig，室溫 30min PBS wash resuspend cell in 500uL PBS 上機 BD FACSCanto 發現 Isotype control的那一組 有兩個peaks (比方說10^1與10^2的位置) 請教各位高手這是怎麼一回事，應該如何處理 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 120.126.32.141

有peak=有染到 如果不是洗不乾淨 可以換其他牌的看看
