我兩年前註冊過序列...
現在記憶也快沒了..XD
但我試著解釋一下你遇到的問題 希望對你有幫助
因為NCBI是種綜合的資料庫 可以查詢Protein, Nucleotide, EST等等序列資料
因此當註冊序列時 需要說明你要上傳的是何種序列 以利資料庫的合併與整理
從你的敘述來看 你應該是沒告知GenBank你的序列是屬於哪一種序列
所以系統要求確認並選擇你的序列種類：
1.你的序列如果是可轉錄轉譯的，包括蛋白質序列、DNA基因序列等
應該在第一項 Coding Region(s) 加入你的序列數量
2.你的序列如果屬於RNA的序列，那應該在第二項 RNA Features(s) 輸入
（我想它說明也很清楚 包括哪類的RNA序列了）
3.如果是其他類的序列 例如：promoter、repeat element、UTR、intron和exon等
如果我沒記錯的話...
每一項加入時 應該會再詢問你序列類型跟範圍吧
舉個例子來說：
如果你的序列是一條你們實驗室新定序出來的"完整的DNA基因序列"
圖例
promoter UTR exon1 intron exon2 UTR
DNA +==========+=====+=======+=========+=======+=======+
那應該要輸入
1 coding region (gene)
6 other features (promoter, UTR x2, exon x2, intron)
ㄟ都...更詳細一點的話 應該要再輸入mRNA跟protein的序列
另外 若有些分類你不太清楚 也可以參考NCBI中其他的序列 FEATURES的部份
