[求救] 請問pGL3和pGL4 vector

各位好 最近要做transfection的實驗， 目前想找Renilla luciferase作為internal control reporter 問過廠商，只剩下pGL4系列vector；但是實驗室有的是pGL3/luc+當test reporter 想問的是 1.不同的vector會影響transfection的結果嗎? 如果會，請問有人有pGL3/Rluc的vector嗎? 麻煩各位，也謝謝各位解答。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.60.122.10
