[求救] membrane protein marker

目前在抽cell的membrane cytosol nucleus protein 準備要跑western 看抽出來的三個fraction有沒有抽乾淨已知cytosol protein marker是GAPDH nuclear protein marker是Lamin A/C 查了很多paper membrane protein marker都是用Na-K ATPase 但我們家和別家都沒有這隻抗體想請問有期他的protein可以當marker嗎? 我是用mouse embryonic stem cell.... 感謝~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 211.76.175.170
