[求救] Acetyl-CoA carboxylase assay
到目前為止
在paper上看到有關Acetyl-CoA carboxylase的assay
都幾乎要用到isotope
但是老闆覺得太麻煩
有看到一兩篇paper是用一連串的couple reaction來反推他的活性
老闆覺得不準確
請問有版友知道有其他更好的方法嗎?
或者哪一家有在賣活性分析的kit
