[求救] Deprotection Method

在paper中的method看到一段 "Deprotection Method for Oligonucleotides containing Tg" 這裡的Deprotection Method是什麼意思阿? 是指Oligo的3'端去掉兩個磷酸根來延續下去嗎? 搞不太懂 也剛好沒有寫reference... paper是這篇 The Mutagenicity of Thymidine Glycol in Escherichia coli Is Increased When It Is Part of a Tandem Lesion Biochemistry 2009 謝謝... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.125.84
