[求救] 蛋白質沉澱
目前採用硫酸銨來做蛋白沉澱
蛋白質原先存在一般的lysis buffer中
加入硫酸銨(80%)
vortex 15 min 離心12000 rpm 30 min 4度下
但是無法順利取得沉澱
蛋白質全都浮再上面...
離更久也是
請問有人知道如何解決嗎?
