[求救] 細菌做Northern Blot所用的internal control??
最近要開始做Northern Blot了
但現在卡在internal control的選用
因為一些關係~所以無法使用一般常用的rRNA來作為internal control
不知道板上的大大
有沒有於細菌Northern Blot中所選用的internal control的建議??
