[求救] PLA2 活性染

查了一些paper之後我得到最接近完整的protocol 來自 Activation of phospholipase PLA2 actvity in Ricinus communis leaves in response to mechanical wounding (2007) 大致的步驟如下 1. 純化PLA2 (詳細內容不贅述) 2. 以12% polyacylamide native gel分離 3. 用buffer A incubate 10min, 重覆3 次 4. 加入 C6-NBD-PC (substract) incubate, 30'C, 1 hr. 這個protocol幾乎是完整的但就是差在buffer A的配方 @@ 它並沒有cite reference, 我請教google大神後也沒有結果 @@ 不曉得有沒有哪位有作過相關實驗, 可以提供我資訊呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.52.104 ※ 編輯: oddball 來自: 140.112.52.104 (06/02 18:28)
