[討論] about PDZ ligand domain ?? 這是啥東西阿？？
PDZ LIGAND DOMAIN? 適啥米東東阿？
有人可以告訴我嗎 ？ 他跟 INTERFERON的產生有啥關係阿？
我大概查ㄌ資料但還是沒辦法聯想 ？
The name "PDZ" derives from the first three proteins in which
these domains were identified:
PSD-95, a protein involved in signaling at the post-synaptic density;
DLG, the Drosophila Discs Large protein; and
ZO-1, the zonula occludens 1 protein (1-3).
PDZ domains are also sometimes called DH domains or GLGF repeats.
