[問題] primer設計
現在我像要做個primer
想請問兩的問題
1.

這個網站要怎麼用?
我在Locus 輸入我想要的基因名稱
他都會顯示出這個
ERROR
The Tm range was too stringent, no primers were found in that range
但我想要用貼sequence的方式
但是我要怎麼讓他知道哪個是我的forward哪個是reverse??
2.我想檢查我的sequence里有沒有restric enzyme得cutting site
希望我選用的restric enzyme不會將我的PCR product切光光
so 請問有沒有網頁能做這樣的分析??
and 可不可附上簡易的教學?
