[問題] 施加植物荷爾蒙 看特定基因表現量試驗
請教版上各位前輩們～！
目前正在著手規劃在水稻施加植物荷爾蒙試驗
然後在不同處理時間後，利用RT-PCR偵測一個特定基因的表現量差異
由於我沒有施加植物荷爾蒙在植物上的經驗，所以想請教各位前輩們！
我所要處理的荷爾蒙包括下列幾種：
ABA (abscisic acid)、JA (jasmonic acid)、SA（salicylic acid）、ethephon
我的問題是：
1、請各位版友可以推薦在哪裡可以買到這些植物荷爾蒙？
2、施加處理在水稻植物的方法？
我有去參考幾篇paper的實驗方法，大致上都是直接"噴灑"在植物葉片上？？
我想要確認我的認知到底對不對？真的是直接噴灑嗎？噴灑的要很徹底嗎？
另外一點我很好奇的是，在實驗與方法中施加處理都是給個 conc. Ex：100 M MeJA
但都沒有給詳細的施加體積，所以我感到很納悶？到底加了多少呢？
我擷取參考paper的材料與實驗方法：Journal of Plant Physiology 163 (2006) 1167—1178

by either spraying barley seedlings until run-off
with a 0.01% TritonX-100 solution containing 5 mM SA, 100 M MeJA, 2 mM ethephon, or 100 M ABA.

and salicylic acid (SA) were performed by foliar spraying
