[問題] keratinocyte ptrotein extration

不曉得有沒有前輩是做primary keratinocyte cell line 相關的實驗....小弟在用protein extration buffer 後測濃度發現 濃度量好低...小弟用的是pro-pre protein expration reagent (不知品牌..) 和 pierce Mper preotein extration reagent 試過都覺得差不多耶~~ 是不是keratinocye 本身比較難lysis呢!? 還是說有其他的protein extration 地方法... 話說freeze-traw也有試過了.... 疑惑中... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.29.223.6
